My husband and I are military transplants after 20 years in the Air Force. We chose Valdosta as our home because of the close proximity to our families, weather, and friendliness of the community. We have two grown, married children. Our son, Chad, and his wife, Jennifer, live in Bentonville, Arkansas with our 2-year old grandson, Collin. Our daughter, Jamae, and her husband, Kirk, live in Valdosta, with our 4-year old grandson, Ryan.
