Chad Davis has provided these details about Atlanta, Georgia
Atlanta continues to grow in population daily, as does the new found love with condominiums within the city. Over the past few years since the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. Much of our great cities skyline has seen change, ushering in new towering residential buildings. And with the average commute time to work well exceeding 30 minutes on most major highways, it is easy to see why Atlanta\'s young professionals, families, and empty nesters are flocking back to in town living.
Midtown, Downtown, & Buckhead, are full of new construction, industrial space, and conversions eager to house the new found love with the experience of low maintance living. All three areas, as well as out lying suburbs are currently expecting this trend to continue for some time to come. The Midtown/ Downtown area is currently expected to continue its growth pattern in the area of Centennial Park near the home of the newly opened Ga. Aquarium. And new developments continue to change the look of Peachtree Street throughout both areas. Buckhead is undergoing major rejuvenation starting with a rebirth to the ever popular Buckhead Village. Buckhead is quickly becoming home to the more elite condo dwellers. Recently announced for this area is Mansion. The high rise is expected to be the tallest residential building in the southeast. And units will begin in the $3 million price range.
