Jeff Masarek has been working with real estate attorney, Lee Meadows, as the M2 group for over a decade. Their primary market areas are Atlanta’s classic in-town neighborhoods. Midtown , Virginia Highland, Ansley Park, Morningside, and Candler Park, along with all the other of the city’s historic areas are definitely their purview. They have in depth knowledge of the pros and cons of historic, older homes, as well as the many newer, in-fill homes being constructed in these areas.
Jeff’s early career gave him 14 years experience as a Director of Marketing. Lee spent over 20 years as a real estate attorney. Over the years, they became heavily involved with real estate investments and home renovation. These “sidelines” ultimately became a full time pursuit and led to active careers as licensed Realtors. Lee is also a real estate broker.
Both Jeff and Lee have been active on land use planning committees and countless neighborhood volunteer activities. Moving 8 times, they’ve had the benefit of getting to know most of the in-town neighborhoods first hand. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper and Atlanta Magazine have recruited Lee and Jeff to write articles concerning numerous real estate matters and have quoted both in several articles authored by staff writers. Twice, they have been recognized by Atlanta Magazine as among the top 800 agents out of over 40,000!
